Asia AeroTechnic Sdn. Bhd. (AAT) is an MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) company that carries out commercial aircraft maintenance activities at Hangar 01 (Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Selangor) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of MARA Corporation under Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), an agency of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW).

Since its establishment, AAT has obtained Worldwide National Aviation Authorities Approvals for the maintenance of commercial aircraft from 23 international aviation authorities such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) from the United States, the European Union Safety Agency (EASA), the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Civil Aviation Authority of Sudan (CAA Sudan) and Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAA Zimbabwe) which includes 31 countries under the European Union.

AAT's expertise in maintaining aircraft is not limited to one focus only. AAT also carries out some other maintenance such as aircraft painting, aircraft modification and teardown and also airframe heavy maintenance.

Since the establishment of the company in 2015, AAT has maintained a total of 800 aircraft throughout its operation including Saudia Royal Fleet from Saudi Arabia, Serene Air from Pakistan, VietJet Air from Vietnam and Nok Air from Thailand.

AAT is also a 'Teaching Hospital' that provides practical training (On Job Training - OJT) to meet the basic needs of trainees to obtain Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) qualifications. AAT has trained a total of 1769 trainees whether local or international of which 801 are students from UniKL MIAT. All trainees are required to undergo practical training with real aircraft before they are allowed to work in the aerospace industry.

Apart from the OJT program, there are also two types of programs offered which are the Conversion Program; upgrade aircraft mechanics to licensed aircraft engineers and also Type Course Program; qualifies students with a basic license to become a licensed aircraft engineer.AAT successfully produced a group of trained aircraft engineers with high incomes. So far, AAT has produced 49 Licensed Aircraft Engineers and all of them are working in and out of countries such as Singapore, Qatar and Dubai.
